Operations Coordinator (Warehouse)
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire 
Salary:  £25,000 - £26,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week  

The Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Co-Ordinator to join their operations warehouse team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, supporting both the operational and administrative functions.

In this role, you’ll support procurement activities by assisting with equipment purchasing for customer sites, carry out a range of warehouse duties, and provide general administrative support—including document management, ISO-related coordination across departments, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with company policies and deadlines.

Skills & Experience 

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience working with purchasing and warehousing 
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and procedures  
  • Knowledge of ISO, procurement, or logistics would be desirable but not essential
